SINOVISION is operated by Sinovision Development Co., Ltd, based in Shenzhen, China.
1. Scope and website use
This website introduces SINOVISION security cameras and OEM/ODM manufacturing services for importers, distributors and private-label brands. These terms explain use of the website and the general purchasing process. A confirmed quotation, proforma invoice, purchase order or separately agreed contract governs the specific transaction; these website terms do not change an existing agreement.
Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt its operation, upload harmful material or submit misleading inquiries. Submit business requests only if you are authorized to act for the named company.
2. Product information and availability
Descriptions, images and videos help buyers evaluate products. Model configurations, apps, frequency bands, battery capacity, storage, accessories and certification coverage can differ. Please confirm the exact specification and destination-market requirements before ordering. Website information does not reserve stock or guarantee compatibility for every configuration.
3. Quotations, samples and order confirmation
Submitting an inquiry or requesting a quotation does not place an order. Prices, currency, quotation validity, MOQ, sample charges, tooling or customization costs, payment terms and included accessories are confirmed in writing for each project. Production proceeds according to the agreed order and approval process.
4. Trade terms and delivery
Our standard quotation basis is EXW Shenzhen for orders below USD 25,000 and FOB Shenzhen for orders of USD 25,000 or more, unless a different basis is agreed in writing. The confirmed quotation or contract specifies the applicable delivery terms, named place or port and any agreed Incoterms edition.
Freight, insurance, customs clearance, duties and taxes depend on the agreed trade term. Production and shipment schedules are confirmed for the actual configuration, quantity, material availability, payment and sample approvals; website lead times are guidance rather than a guaranteed delivery date.
5. OEM/ODM projects and intellectual property
Branding, packaging, manuals, firmware, app functions and hardware changes require written confirmation of scope, feasibility, costs and approvals. Buyers must be authorized to use any supplied logos, designs or other materials. Ownership and permitted use of project-specific designs, tooling and software are determined by the project agreement.
Website text, photographs, designs and brand assets must not be reproduced or presented as another company’s work without permission. Approved product materials may be supplied for authorized distributor or brand use.
6. Quality, warranty and after-sales support
Inspection criteria, warranty coverage, warranty period and remedies are agreed for the relevant order. Contact us with the model, order reference, issue description and supporting photographs or test results to arrange assessment. Returns, replacements and repair arrangements require prior written agreement. These terms do not create an automatic retail return policy.
7. Destination-market requirements
Discuss applicable certification, labeling, radio-frequency, installation and import requirements before confirming an order. A certificate or report applies only within its stated scope and does not establish approval for every product. Responsibilities for documentation and destination-market compliance should be recorded in the order agreement.
8. Privacy and external services
Personal information submitted through this website is handled under our Privacy Policy. Third-party websites, camera apps and cloud services have their own terms and policies. Their availability and functionality should be verified for the selected model and intended market.
Read our Privacy Policy9. Website information and updates
We aim to keep information accurate and useful, but website content may be updated as products develop. Contact us to verify information material to a purchase. Nothing on this page excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Dispute procedures and applicable law for a transaction should be specified in the agreed contract.
Updates to these website terms will be shown with a revised date. They do not retroactively amend previously agreed orders.
