Warranty policy:

All of our products are 100% passed strictly quality inspection before delivery.

We provide two years warranty for CCTV Cameras and two years for DVRs after the shipment date.

1, For the products that prove defective under normal usage, if our customers could repair the products by themselves, we will supply the spare parts.

2. If the customers couldn't repair the defective products, need to ship the damaged part back to us. Before sending it back, please contact our sales contact to get an RMA instruction. We will repair and afford 50% freight charge.

3, If the products are broken by violence, carelessness, repaired or altered without the authorization, we are not responsible for the warranty
